Weighing in

This is why I prefer to walk outside rather than inside on a treadmill....

Today was weigh in day and this week was a great week I lost 2.9 kilos which got me to my first 10 kilo goal.
Which means I get my first reward....which I will post about another day :)

Good bye 10.2 kilos, not sorry to see you go and I wont be seeing you again :P
